What happens if my client leaves my services?

  • We will need to be contacted immediately if your client leaves your services and we will then approach your client to check whether they are being managed by another Financial Adviser, if so we make contact with that Adviser to discuss the DAF.
  • If your client has not got another Financial Adviser we will provide some recommendations, if the client chooses not to obtain a Financial Adviser then we will discuss with the Donor transferring the DAF to another custody.
